Wifey wants to do a Manicure and wonders if anyone has had or know what the Fire & Ice Manicure is all about. Going on the Ecstasy out of Galveston on June 20.

IMHO all the salon services are terribly overpriced.

I always get a manicure and pedicure the day before sailing.

A regular manicure on the ship is about 40.00

 

I can do a mani/pedi at home for 25.00

I have done the Fire & Ice manicure and would not do it again. It was not bad in any way, just not that great. If she wants to do a manicure on the ship, I would recommend just getting the regular manicure. It's cheaper, and the end result is the same.
