Which night will be formal night?

We'll soon be leaving on our first cruise and we were wondering which night will be formal night? We'll be on a 5 day cruise with 2 ports, our itinerary is included:

Sat- departure

Sun- at sea

Mon- Progresso

Tue- Cozumel

Wed- at sea

Thur- arrive home

Sounds like a great cruise-you already got the answer, but I was going to suggest that on your day at sea, you also attend tea in the afternoon. Makes for a nice break in the day. Cruise happy!:)

There are no formal nights on Carnival. They were eliminated over 2 years ago.

Are you correct with this info? No formal nights? Or are they calling them something else? Like "Dressy" or "Evening"?

They call them Elegant nights now. Typically the fisrt sea day. Wide variety of dressiness for people.

We were on the Miracle in November. The formal night was called "Elegant". People treated it like a formal night. Some people were elegant and some less elegant, but it was still a formal night.
