French Culinary Class on Oceana Marina

We are scheduled to take the French Culinary classes (two nights in a row). Has anyone taken this class....should you have dinner reservations on these nights or do you actually cook a dinner?

We are scheduled to take the French Culinary classes (two nights in a row). Has anyone taken this class....should you have dinner reservations on these nights or do you actually cook a dinner?

 

You do actually cook a meal during the class, and there is a lot of tasting of ingrediants (and sometimes even wines, if you are lucky). Most people won't want a full meal afterwards.

 

Why not nip up to the buffet at the Terrace? You could even schedule in a little power nap between class and dinner if you were so inclined!

What are they cooking on the French Culinary class?

I did not see any listed

 

If you have the late afternoon class I would not schedule a dinner reservation that night unless you only nibble @ your creation or you are big eaters ;)
