Health/Fitness Club on Mariner

Recommended Posts

I was on the Mariner TA this March and worked out everyday. It has a large room for activities like stretching and yoga and I think bikes. A separate room with 4 or 5 treaddmills, 3 ellipticals, a stair stepper and a bike. Also has about 12 weight machines as well as a full set of free weights. Has nice individual TVs and very nice ear phones are provided (as well as nice towels and cold , bottle water). It opens early morning (and can get crowded) even in port and closes about dinner time. great showers and a sauna next door in the spa. I loved being able to do this every day.

I meant the weights that you hold in one hand. I don't remember any bars to add wights to but I don't use such. There are weight benches that you can kneel on or lay at an incline. Also, there are classes (yoga, stretching, and "pilates") with an instructor who also was helpful to me about the strength machines.
