We are sailing out of Tampa and staying at the Hampton Inn Tampa Rocky Point hotel. Is there a place within walking distance where we can buy bottled water to take on the cruise with us..or is there even a place close to the port to buy it?

Thanks!

Directly across the street from the Hampton is an upscale Apt Complex called, Post Rocky Point. Inside the complex is a neighborhood market that sells water, pop, snacks etc.... There is also a wine store directly across the street from the port in the Channelside area that sells water but it is only in the single serve bottles. They open at 11am- 7 days. That might do in a pinch. http://www.tampawinedesign.com/

Also, the Hampton Inn does have the free shuttle service within a 4 mile radius. There is a Walgreens and a SweetBay Grocery and Liquor store within this area. :)

yes take the free shuttle. about three miles away from the hotel on the corner or Westshore and Kennedy is a wallgreens. buy from there the price is right, and across the street is westshore mall for any least minute buys.
