I was scheduled to go on a Mediterannean cruise next week that I just had to cancel because I had an emergency appendectomy on Sunday. I really appreciate how NCL worked with me given my situation. maxciocc Posted May 26, 2011 #11 Share Posted May 26, 2011 That is good news to report. My aunt fell off a defective stool in RCI's Casino during her transatlantic cruise in April. The staff could have cared less about the fact she was hurt and had to "lay low" for a couple of days (sore neck). She would have gotten the "royal" treatment on NCL.
