Cabin Size

Hi,

 

I have been on several Princess cruises. For a while I have not been in a regular oceanview cabin. Is a regular oceanview cabin the same size as a balcony or an obstructed cabin? I am thinking about going on another cruise on Emerald Princess.

Usually, yes they are the same size

The inside area appears to be the same if you look at the stateroom diagrams of each at

Since the balcony cabin square footage specification includes the balcony area it appears to have more area.
