Cave Tubing Water Temp

I just booked a cave tubing tour online and afterwards I happened to glance at the FAQs. It stated that the water temp was "above 70". Well, to me, 70 is freezing. Does anybody know how much "above 70" for a July trip?

 

If it is only 70 degrees then I'm probably going to cancel. I don't get in our pool until it hits 85!

It was certainly colder than swimming in the ocean but it sure was fun!

My husband and I went cave tubing several years ago during the month of October and I don't recall the water being uncomfortable at all. It was a fabulous excursion. In fact, my sister and I are going on a cruise next March and cave tubing in Belize is on our agenda.

From what I've been reading, you walk through the jungle first so you'll be a bit sweaty. 70F will feel good :)

Just got back from Belize and did the cave tubing, the water temp was 65 degrees but it was so hot and humid it felt great. It is a little cold when you first get in but it feels great fast. Stay with the trip you will love it.

The water is cool but not uncomfortable once you get into it. Cave tubed Belize last September and really enjoyed it, only problem is the tubing portion is not long enough.
