I looked at a copy of the compass someone had posted and it looks like the answer is no. That would be normal based on past experience on other cruises.

MDR is not open for lunch on boarding day--options are WJ, Sorrentos, Central Park Cafe and Promenade Cafe.

Solarium Bistro,

 

We bought drinks from Rita’s but I don’t recall if they were opened for lunch.
