There is a comprehensive discussion of drinks in the thread titled "beverages" below. As far as I can see they don't mention champagne in the complimentary beverages, but only sparkling wine but you can take a look for yourself - the list is long! Others have mentioned in other threads that "champagne" is served at special events.
