Cruisecare cheerleader

My DW just received a check from Cruisecare for a medical emergency she had on board. It took 17 days from the time she sent the claim, till she got her check. That was great service in our opinion. When we initially called, we talked to a "real" person who fully explained the filing procedure and answerred our questions. Toughest part of this whole ordeal was dealing with Medicare in an effort to get them to issue a denial of service.
