It took 17 days from the time she sent the claim, till she got her check. That was great service in our opinion. When we initially called, we talked to a "real" person who fully explained the filing procedure and answerred our questions. Toughest part of this whole ordeal was dealing with Medicare in an effort to get them to issue a denial of service. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
