Best Place to stop on 7 Mile beach?

We went to Royal Palms a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it. It was really our favorite day of the cruise. The water was gorgeous and just the right temp and the sand was beautiful and not too hot. Our 4 y.o. DD had the time of her life there. There weren't a lot of waves so she was able to swim by herself (with her life jacket of course) and the sand was perfect for building sand castles. I would love to go back there.

Royal Palms is a beach bar and restaurant, not a hotel. There's no fee to use the facilities. Rental chairs, umbrellas and watersports are also available. They don't allow outside food/drink, however.

It's about 10 minutes or so by taxi from the port area.

There are dozens of threads here in this forum with details, pictures, reviews, etc. of Royal Palms and the other popular areas of Seven Mile Beach like Sea Grape or Tiki Beach.

Thanks for the information. We have been to Sea Grape and found it just ok.

I feel the same way. I much prefer Royal Palms to any of the other sections of Seven Mile Beach.
