We are taking a 12 day cruise tour on the millenium :). On the land tour portion, does Celebrity handle your luggage between the rooms and the trains and buses or do you carry it yourselves?

Yes your luggage is transferred for you. You will be given instructions on what time to put bags outside your room.

 

As a general comment for others doing cruisetours with Celebrity. I was on the Miilli a month ago, and spoke to several people on cruisetours. This was a northbound sailing, so upon talking about the trips, no one knew much about what they had purchased and had no clue about the main feature- Denali Park. Everyone but one couple, had the worthless National History tour included, and none knew the details of what Denali Park is all about- which is access into the park.

 

It will be very beneficial to do some homework prior to a cruisetour selection and being sure of what you are purchasing. It is a costly tour for many and to get all that way, and not get what you think, is not ideal.

Thanks for the help. I am doing tour part first followed by southern cruise. I had heard about the denalli tour and will be going on the tundra wilderness tour. It is included in the package
