Included-just tip a couple bucks

all the food is included, but they ask you to tip the servers.

You can put out the door hanger the night before. I call in the morning when my feet hit the floor and it is there by the time I open my eyes

Room service is a great wake up call! :) We hang our breakfast order form on the door the night before along with the time requested and they normally call you five minutes or so before they deliver it! Sure is better than an alarm clock when you're in port and need to be off the ship early for a tour or whatever! :D
