Carnival Miracle - July 2011 Few questions

We're only 18 days out from our first sailing with Carnival and it's on the Miracle. Friends of ours sailed on her earlier this year and had a blast.

 

Someone mentioned that there are two formal nights on the Miracle. Does anyone happen to know which nights? And we also put in a request for Nick/Nora's on one of the sea days (I think DH said the second to the last night maybe?) I'm assuming the dress code is "formal" dress for this restaurant, right?

On our 8 night Miracle cruise (we sailed Sun thru Mon) our formal nights were the first full sea day (Mon) and the second to last sea day (Sat)
