Golden: "quartet"

Is the quartet I read about in the Patters from earlier trips to Alaska this season a STRING Quartet, vocal quartet or other combination?

 

They were performing in the piazza area during embarcation, if that jogs anyone's memory. Thanks

There was a string quartet performing in the atrium when we were onboard the Golden a few months ago.

I was on the Golden May 14th and the quartet was piano, bass, clarinet and violin (and they did vocals); they were excellent, I made a point of going to the piazza most evenings to have a glass of wine and listen to them.

Yes ... that's them. They're Hungarian, and outstanding musicians. It's a rather unusual quartet instrumentally, but it works to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed them.
