Monte Carlo Taxis - Can 6 Passengers Ride?

Hello - we are hoping to share a cab with folks on our roll call to get from Monaco/Monte Carlo to Eze and need to know whether there are taxis that will accommodate 6 passengers. Thanks for your help!

Normal taxis will not accomodate 6 (most can take no more then 4) and you should not gamble on finding a larger van taxi. In fact, most taxis in that region could care less about cruise ships and often will not even bother going to the port or tender pier. You can arrange on-line for a car driver, but expect to pay hundreds of Euros for such a service. You would probably do fine if you get 2 taxis although you can also take the local bus for 1 Euro per person (one way).

No regular taxis will hold six people. You will have to arrange for a van in advance if you all must ride together.

most of the taxi for excursion have " l'espace de Renault" it's a big car for 7 people, now the problem is that how much will they be waiting on the port parking

Hi, would love to know how you make out in Monte Carlo and getting to Eze and back as DH and I want to do the same thing when we cruise in Oct this year and I have not had much luck finding any information on line about taxi service.
