Customs in Victoria??

:confused::confused:On the 14 day Alaska cruise on the Amsterdam, the only foreign port is Victoria.

Where & how do Customs take care of their duty and check your purchases? Are they at the dock when you return to the ship or is this done in Seattle?? I'm thinking that Canada customs will check you getting off the ship in Victoria but my question is regarding the US Customs after your visit to Victoria.Thank you. :rolleyes:

You will have to go through Customs on disembarkation morning in Seattle. Canada Customs will clear the ship in Victoria, but US Customs will still have to be cleared in Seattle.

For the US Customs form, all you have to declare is anything you bought in Victoria, Canada or on board the ship. All other stops are in the US.
