YVR Airport Question -- Immigration

Have flown into YVR a few times before --- usually around the 12:40 PM time frame and Immigration was very minimal. Last year, our flight was late and we got into YVR around 2 PM (looked like some of the international flights had just landed) and we had a significant wait. In 2012, we will be arriving YVR around 5:20 PM. Does anyone know if we will have a long or very minimal wait? Not sure when your international flights arrive. A rough idea is all I am looking for.

to arrive in the same time frame year round.

Between noon and 2pm there's a number of big flights from the far east arriving (HKG/Hong Kong, ICN/Seoul, MNL/Manila) , plus the flights from Europe start arriving just after 2pm (AMS, FRA)
