andersj, is absolutely correct.

 

The term outside cabin (remains me of the term outside toilet - wc in the back yard) is a misnomer for the cabins 2216 & 2217, as they are situated on the outer side where the ship starts to curve towards the bow (sharp bit) and without windows as the area can get a battering from waves.

 

If you look at the deck plan in the catalogue you will see that cabins 2216 & 2217 have a cabin category of I2 (Inside Cabin).
