I thought Carnival didn't tender?

If you did read that, it was also wrong. Here's a pic of DW getting on a Carnival Spirit lifeboat being used as a tender in Sitka, AK.

There are no commercial tenders in Sitka, so all ships that go there use their lifeboats as tenders.

Really...uhmmm where is the word lender?

Original op question:

I thought Carnival didn't tender?

I swear I read that somewhere, but for the life of me can't find it now. Wherever I read it, the person stated that Carnival did not ever tender to a port and I've never been on a Carnival cruise where we would have to tender so I don't have experience in this. But, is this true? If it is true where do they dock in Grand Cayman? With Princess, that was a tender port. I personally hate tender ports just for the process of getting off the ship...

Really...uhmmm where is your sense of humor. It was just a joke at the OP's expense as they weren't sure what they read/saw.
