I am hoping someone can help me. I will be organising a meet and greet on Ocean Princess for next year and was wondering if I have to suggest a location or do they just tell you where it will be held. If I have to suggest a location, can someone please tell me where would be the best location.

I have never organised one of these before so any help would be greatful!

thanks

Chez

They will tell you where. You need to tell them approximately how many people.

I'd start talking with Princess several months before sail date. The final # of people is needed several weeks prior to leaving the dock. Besides, the earlier you talk w/ Princess, the greater the chance of blocking some other private party for the first sea day.

Thanks. Is there any other information I need to tell them?

When you board the ship, leave letters at the Purser's desk inviting the staff you would like to attend your M&G if their schedule allows.

This might include the Captain, Hotel Manager, Cruise Director and others.

Names will be in the embakation day Patter. Prepare the invitations in advance and just add the names before leaving the letters at the Purser's.
