If I have to suggest a location, can someone please tell me where would be the best location. I have never organised one of these before so any help would be greatful! thanks Chez

You need to tell them approximately how many people.

ChaCr Posted July 19, 2011 #5 Share Posted July 19, 2011 I'd start talking with Princess several months before sail date. The final # of people is needed several weeks prior to leaving the dock. Besides, the earlier you talk w/ Princess, the greater the chance of blocking some other private party for the first sea day. charles
caribill Posted July 19, 2011 #6 Share Posted July 19, 2011 Thanks. Is there any other information I need to tell them? When you board the ship, leave letters at the Purser's desk inviting the staff you would like to attend your M&G if their schedule allows. This might include the Captain, Hotel Manager, Cruise Director and others. Names will be in the embakation day Patter. Prepare the invitations in advance and just add the names before leaving the letters at the Purser's.
