I do not know this for sure, but if you have cruised RCCL before you can go to their website and click Crown & Anchor Loyalty program. Just sign in and use your cruise as the time you cruised with RCCL, I guess they give you a member number after doing this. Maybe someone can elaborate a little better.

dairyou, unless you specifically subscribed, you are not a C&A member. This isn't an automatic thing once you cruise with them. However, if you just cannot remember if you did sign up or not, you can call the 800 number as mentioned below and ask the C&A reps. They are very good at helping out. And they might be able to help you get credit for the cruise you already took (so that you are eligible for gold status and coupons), but they might not. It might be too long ago.

 

msquinn0908, unfortunately, this is not necessarily true. Only cruises that were booked on-line with the RCI site will appear on the web-site. We booked through an on-line cruise discounter and I tried to find out info on-line and couldn't (even after I had filled out my pre-cruise documentation on the RCI site). I called and they told me that if I had booked with anyone else or even their 800 number it would not appear. Only those booked through the RCI on-line web-site appeared.

You'll get drink, gift shop, casino, internet and spa coupons. They will be good for free or reduced prices for these services. On my last cruise I was Diamond so don't know the Gold level coupons but I believe you get 10 minutes free internet and a free drink plus discounts in the gift shop and spa. There will also be several $2 in casino coupons.

Thanks Everyone! I called and set up our account. Now we're all set.

 

It's funny...I signed up because I want the Johnny Rockets coupon. I didn't realize there were different levels of C & A. What coupons come with the first level?
