The upsell fairy is alive and well!

The upsell fairy called about our upcoming cruise on the Dream with an offer to upgrade to a grand suite. I just couldn't give up our aft-wrap to do it, though. It was tempting, but the upcharge was $1,000 and my "girl math" immediately went into gear when I realized I could book a whole 'nother cruise for that.

 

Actually, that was DH's comment when I told him the price... I'm glad he's catching on to my "girl math" so nicely:)

 

Rushing off to look what my savings will get me on another cruise, LOL!!

I don't think I would have taken it for free. You'd be giving up your awesome balcony and getting a bath tub and a bidet and a few more square feet of cabin space. No thanks. That's "guy math".

LOL!!! I know there is a huge difference between "girl math" and "guy math"... that was a great demonstration of it!

 

I do love the aft-wraps, so I am not sure I could ever do it when I have an aft-wrapped booked.

We had an aft-wrap on our other Dream cruise, and yes, I loved it. I don't mind the smaller room tradeoff for the large balcony... i have plenty of room at home...but no balcony:eek:
