Radiance murder mystery dinner

Hi -

We are sailing the Radiance in May. I’ve read shorts bits about the mystery dinner in one of the specialty restaurants.

 

Can anyone fill me in? What night is it typically planned on for an Alaska cruise, what are the fees, dress and any other info?

It was the day we were in Skagway (that was the 1st time they had presented it, I believe, the staff were all overacting and goofing around; it was very funny). We were a little punchy from several drinks in Skagway,too.

 

I think it cost $45 (included champagne and wine) and it was in Portofino's. You had a set menu (included lobster, I think) rather than ordering off the menu. We wore dresses, as it was in Portofino, but I noticed on my Navigator cruise last week that the dress code in Portofino and Chops was listed as "smart casual" even on formal nights.

 

It was fun and we enjoyed it!
