Newbie: Jade Casino Bar Question

Sorry if this is obvious but does anyone know if there is a bar in the casino on the Jade?

 

I'm looking for the ideal place to sit and drown my sorrows ;)

The Jade casino bar is my favorite of all the ships I have been on. very large and in the center of the casino, with great bartenders.

Thanks Robin. I really appreciate the reply. Being new to thw whole thing I wasn't sure what to expect. Would it just be row upon row of slots with a few tables or a 'full on' casino with bar, waiters, chill out areas? Sounds like it's the latter.

Pretty much a normal casino. Lots of slots. Some tables. A round bar in the middle with Video Poker.

 

Unless they fixed it, some idiot with a bad tape measure set it up. The bar sits a bit high for the stools. Not conducive to play poker, but okay for a few drinks.

Ha! So true! Hubby sits there a lot playing VP while I am on the floor, and when I join him I am always struggling to play - thought it was just me!

 

CJ - Don't miss the snacks in the back of the casino in the evenings.. Nice little sammies and snacks, great for a quick nosh late at night.

The casino hosts were excellent as well. I got the free drinks card after the first week and they were very helpful, greeting both me and DW warmly each time and they made sure we were never thirsty! DW winning a bottle of bubbly and a free slot tournament entry in the lady's night draw probably helped as wel!
