Sorry if there is an obvious answer to this, but I cannot find anywhere, brochures or forums, but do the cabins have a mini bar in them please?

Yes, there is an in-room "refrigerator" stocked with various drinks you can buy. There is a sheet of paper listing them all in the room -- you check off which ones you have used and they will be replenished. If you want to fill it with your own beverages, the steward will empty it for you so you can use it.
