If it's a Boeing or Airbus in a 2-4-2 formation pay for an upgrade - the seats are fine for 3 hours to Majorca, but far too narrow to be comfortable on a long trip.

All schedule airlines have these aircraft fitted out as 2-3-2.

We're flying from glasgow...

What do you mean about £5 ?

Do you not get any entertainment ?

Or do you mean, is it better to pay the £5 to upgrade and get better entertainment ?

No you all get in flight entertainment but for £5 each way you get a few extra channels with the latest movies plus you can pause and FF/Rewind at will. You pay onboard. Worth it in my opinion but you can check the movie schedule in your seat back and decide if its worth it.

Apologies form me. I meant to state that the Airbus A300/A330 charter is often 3-3-3, the 767 2-4-2.

I have done a flight to India on a 3-3-3 Airbus and it was very tight. We paid for an upgrade another year and it was worth the extra to have 2-3-2 seating.
