Krazy Kruizers Posted August 5, 2011 #26 Share Posted August 5, 2011 Years ago we used to land vacations. Packing and unpacking every couple of days -- traveled all over Europe -- Baltic -- tains, planes, buses, cars. Now that we are older we like the idea that we get on the ship -- unpack and see ports. micci Posted August 6, 2011 #27 Share Posted August 6, 2011 We love to cruise because everything is done for us. We can even take it a step further and get pampered with massages and spa treatments etc. while on our way to beautiful destinations. Cruising helps me to unwind and refocus my energy. shipgeeks Posted January 4, 2012 #29 Share Posted January 4, 2012 For me, the #1 attraction of cruising is just being at sea. I agree, it is magical in so many ways. We started cruising to experience the old ships that had an interesting history (the Premier Lines ships, Norway, etc.) That led to us getting hooked on just being at sea on a moving ship. Nothing like it.
