OBC- where on website?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I booked through a Travel Agent who promised OBC, but I don't see it anywhere on my registration on the RCL website. Where does one go to see it?

Thanks,

Connie

Won't see it on the Royal caribbean site, just make sure it is on your confirmation somewhere that you recieved from your travel agent.

It isn't posted on your onboard account by the second day of your cruise take that confirmation to the pursers desk on the ship and show it to them, if they don't have a record of it yet they will email the Miami Office and that office will email your agent to make sure you get before you leave the ship.

I think it is added to your account on the ship, rather than on the website - I could be wrong.

I also booked with a TA. I recently asked him for an updated invoice. The new one reflects the OBC from the TA as well as OBC from redeemed VISA points and an OBC credit we received from our children as a gift. I now have the information all in one place.

Normally if you book through a TA you will not see your OBC or any pre-paid gratuties if it was included in your booking package. Your best bet is to take your confirmation letter from your TA along with you on the cruise. If you don't see the credit just show them the letter and they will take care of it.

We've had this happen on a previous cruise and within a day they contacted the home office who contacted the TA and the credit was placed on our account with no problems.
