Beauty Salon near Miami Sofitel hotel

We will be staying at the Sofitel for 3 days prior to our cruise. A couple in our group will be getting married on the Glory prior to embarking. Is there any good reputable beauty salons near the Sofitel? Also is there any good restaurants close by. We are not planning on renting a car if we can avoid it.

i am sure someone will answer but you may want to call the hotel, and ask the concierge...they should know EVERYTHING!!:)

Sofitel and other hotels in the Blue Lagoon area near MIA are just a short walk away from a local strip mall with drug, grocery and liquor stores :D as well as several dining options: Italian, Chinese, and Cuban. There are also some fast food options like Burger King in the area.

 

I'm sure there is a hairdresser shop in the area, but agree with the other poster - call the hotel and get suggestions from them. It may be easier, but not cheaper, to have the hardresser perform her magic at the hotel and then just grab a cab to the ship.
