Room 8378 Liberty of the Seas-RCL

I was thinking of changing cabins to 8378. We are currently in a Ocean View Family Suite for our 6 travelers but am thinking that we could do a balcony and inside view for about the same price.

 

Any reiview on 8378, I have read those after cabins can be sooty.

This would not be a true "AFT" cabin. People refer to the rooms on the very back (stern) as the AFT cabins. 8378 is on the back half or aft of the ship, but is located on the side. Therefore you should not have any soot issues. That room should be just fine we stayed in one in the general area before without any issues

 

The soot issue is a very rare thing anyway and is totally dependent on the wind.
