Whitechapel girl Posted August 15, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2011 We are thinking of rebooking a Caribbean cruise whilst onboard Constellation in Sept. Does anyone know what offers, ie OBC are offered. Looking at a 10 night cruise. Thanks.
Pean Posted August 15, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 15, 2011 We booked recently when on Solstice and you get a 2 cabin upgrade within same category. Also reduced deposit which was great. In our case we only had to pay $100pp instead of $450 and since our cruise is not until March 2013 we dont have to pay the balance until Jan 2013. As far as OBC goes it depends on the length of the cruise. For 3 - 5 days it is US$50.00, 6 - 9 is $100, 10 - 13 is $200 and 14 or over is $300.00 per cabin. The other benefit for us is the price is set at the rate of the day so we don't have to worry about the future exchange rate. Mind you I have heard so many times that you get told different things depending on who you ask that it will be interesting to see if the Aus$ drops what happens to our price. Maybe someone can let us both know if they have had a problem with this. Hope this helps. Cheers

Cheers If you book two seven day cruises as a back to back they will count it as a 14 day cruise and you will get $150 OBC per cabin for each cruise or $100 on one and $200 for the other your choice. We have taken advantage of the extra OBC many times. ~ Ric
Rare ORV Posted August 15, 2011 #4 Share Posted August 15, 2011 I see the two category upgrade mentioned all the time. When we booked last Nov, we got a 3 category upgrade. This wasn't a daily or one time special. Keep in mind that not all categories have 3 levels so you can only go up two.
