Bump out balcony question

Recommended Posts

Considering a cruise on the Voyager.....if we are a couple of rooms up from the bump out, can you see into those balconies and vice versa? It looks like you can.

Also, can the partition between connecting rooms be removed on the Voyager?

Thanks so much!

No. On Voyager, Explorer and Adventure the balconies are build into the structure of the ship, so they are made of steel and the walls between balconies are solid and fixed. Ir cannot be opened, but the advantage is that the balconies have a cozy, cavelike feeling.

As well, on these ships, try to avoid deck 6 balconies. The balcony front is steel topped with glass, and on deck 6, the steel comes up higher than it does on the higher decks, and it is not topped with glass, so your view is a little smaller.
