How far to town

COuld someone tell me if it is too far to walk into the town of Puerto Limon, we just want to pick up some coffee and back to the market and to the ship

Hi Marjorie,

 

The market where I purchased coffee in town is in a walking distance from the ship. You will need to go away from the vendor area and the building then go across the street, up to blocks, turn left and walk about 2 blocks. This store is at the corner on the right (I went there two times but can't remember the store name).

 

At this store you can get Cafe Britt and other brands. They also carry some Costa Rica souvenir too. You can pay in US dollars but the changes will be in Costa Rica money (colon?).
