From experience definitely pay in the currency of your credit card. You will get a better rate.

 

Incidentally twice I asked for this option but RCI still gave me my bill the other way. Had to have it rectified at customer service.

I always pay in USD and let my bank do the exchange. RCI is claiming another 3% extra for the exchange and then is charging my credit card out of Miami. Because of this my bank does not accept this as a purchase within Euro-countries and I have to pay another 1.75% foreign transaction fee.

 

So letting RCI do the exchange is costing me 3% more.
