Long Bay Questions

How long of a ride and how much is the cab fare to Long Bay Beach. Are there facilities or watersports there?

30 minute cab ride. Up to 4 people is $25 each way. The beach is beautiful and there is a nice open air restaurant that looked good. I believe you can rent kayaks and other equipment there as well.

Long Bay Beach is also our favorite in Antigua!! Just love that beach! The sand is as white as sugar and as fine a flour! :)

I'm just double checking. Does the taxi to Long bay cost $25.pp ONE WAY or round trip??What is around here to do? like eat, water sport, etc. not interested in snorkel

It's $25 for a taxi (up to 4 people + plus tip) EACH way. Like for up to 4 people TOTAL (not per person) to get there and back would be $50 (plus tip) for the taxi. Take extra money for drinks, food, and renting chairs.

 

For what to do: Think of it as a Beach Day! There's no planned entertainment. You can rent beach toys.
