How quickly do you get off ship tendered at Villefranche?

We are sailing on Liberty of the Seas (with 3,600) passengers, which will be tendered at Villefranche.

We are first time cruisers, and are wondering what is the system for getting on to the vessels from the ship to the port?

Is it first come first served?

Do you have to apply for a number or a time on the day before?

How long may we have to wait?

We're not in a rush to get off to get the train into Monaco, but would like to get off about 9 to 9.30, and wouldn't like to be waiting for an hour or more after breakfast.

On this ship at that port earlier this summer, we had no wait at all to get on the tender at about the same time you want to get off. It is first come first served, but no one seemed to be in a big hurry to get off the ship. No pre-arrangements were necessary.
