Are there any wine or alcohol packages on Emerald Princess?

There are no 'packages' such as other cruise lines offer. The only one I have ever seen is a 3 bottle package of high end wines for around $150 or so. Other than that, and the buy so many beers in a bucket and get one free, I have not seen or heard of any other alcohol packages offered on Princess ships.

I have found that drink prices on Princess are more reasonable than on HAL or Celebrity. Don't know about other cruiselines. For instance, a Bloody Mary ranges from $5.99-$7.99, depending on size. The large size is humongous. A martini is $6.99-$7.99, depending on the brand of vodka.

RCL had a wine package where by purchasing a certain number of bottles you get a discount. However you had to purchase their wine package to reduce the prices to as low as on Princess. I prefer the lower Princess prices than having to purchase enough bottles to get a discount.
