215girl Posted September 14, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2011 I am thinking about doing a Bermuda cruise next August I live in Philly, PA so I could drive to Cape Liberty. Has anyone ever done this before. I am use to flying into Miami and picking up the ship down there. Also how is parking since I would be leaving my car in the lot. Thanks. 215girl Posted September 14, 2011 Author #2 Share Posted September 14, 2011 Nevermind I did a search and found a tour company that will pick Philly people up near the airport. Its $100 roundtrip so I gotta see if it would be worth it to me or not.
138east Posted September 14, 2011 #3 Share Posted September 14, 2011 Parking at Cape Liberty is $19/day. That's $133 for a 7 day cruise. Then add tolls, gas, and hassle. The bus is probably worth it for 2 people.
boo214 Posted September 14, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 14, 2011 actually not such a hassle. depending on where in philly, its only about a 2 - 2 1/4 hour drive. pretty easy too, just a straight shot up the turnpike
megr1125 Posted September 14, 2011 #5 Share Posted September 14, 2011 not a bad drive...i'm 35 miles from philly, and it takes me an hourish so i would say 2 hours or less depending on traffic...

It wouldnt be a hassle because I can jump right on the turnpike I take the PA turnpike everyday for work, I also checked and if I took the shuttle it would be $100 but I dont know if that would include the parking fee where the shuttle picks you up at in Philly. I have drove to NY on the NJ turnpike I just dont know about the parking at the pier.
