C&A balcony discounts

OK, so before anyone says anything, I know my question has been asked and answered here probably a million times. I tried looking, and I couldn't find a link to it. Also, I contacted RCI, and couldn't get a straight answer.

 

So, is the C&A balcony discount combinable with a residency rate? I know that on the website, it says that the discount is not combinable with certain restricted fares and specials, but it really doesn't specify which ones. I can never remember all the particulars.

Yes, as a rule the balcony discount is combinable with the residency rate. We have gotten the residency,senior, and/or military rate many times and it never affects our balcony discount for being D+.

I have never had a problem using the C&A balcony discount with any other discounts I've used.

I beleve that the only combo that is not ok is the Diamond/Platinum Balcony

discount and a C&A certificate. Its 1 or the other.

...and the stockholder on board credit can't be combined with anything except travel agent provided incentives (i.e. on board credit).
