Ryndam dock in Hamilton, Bermuda

I know that the Ryndam is relatively small for a cruise ship. Will she be able to dock in downtown Hamilton when she visits Bermuda on her transatlantic crossing in April, 2012? Or will she dock at King's Wharf? Does anyone know?

She should be able to dock in Hamilton (barring anything going on there) since Veendam, her near sister, does every week during the Bermuda season.

Ryndam and Veendam are sister ships.

There is no reason why she should not be able to dock in downtown Hamilton.

The Ryndam hasn't had the modifications that added stern cabins and "duck tail", so it may be possible for the ship to get into St George's harbor if the Hamilton dock is not available.

That site also shows the Azmara Journey at Hamilton on Apr 5. They can't both be at the Front Street pier, can they?

In the "old days" when Home Lines was doing the Bermuda run there were 2 ships in Hamilton (the Atlantic) and not sure of the other; so, yes 2 ships can dock on Front Street.

Sorry, not anymore. Bermuda tore down the second cruise ship terminal in Hamilton and it's now a parking lot. So only one ship at a time in Hamilton

We have been sailing and flying there for years and believe me, there is only ONE ship terminal in Hamilton. This picture is where the second terminal used to be.

Ryndam is an "S" class ship just like the Veendam is. However, it does not have the overhang that the Veendam has. In my opinion, the Ryndam is a much nicer ship!

So with the Azmara Journey and Ryndam both there, is there any way to predict which goes where?

Could it be that one comes into port when the other leaves? Just saw that the Journey will also be in St. George's. Maybe they will be going to St. George's first while the Ryndam is in Hamilton????
