secret door on the liberty?

Not sure if it's the same secret door you are looking for but we were just on the Liberty cabin 9212 I think and there was a door all the way forward at the end of the hallway that lead to a little deck where nothing or no one was.

 

You could look down to where the crews hot tubs were.

I was on the Liberty last week, and my Steward showed me where it was.

On the Panorama deck, (10), walk all the way to the front, and on the right hand side is the door, you go down a couple steps and there is a deck there, coming to a point. It sure is windy there, but a fantastic view!!

I BELIEVE that the "secret" door is on every deck that has cabins all the way forward. There's one right next to my cabin on the ship I'm boarding in a few days, I will have my own semi-private deck......until yoose guys show up......hehheh. :D

Rumor has it that the secret door leads to the cargo hold where they transport cars. A nice private place.:D

Hey Cala, I hear you.... I've had one of those cabins in the past and have one booked on the Liberty in Jan. Can't those people just stay off "semi-private" balconies we have ... :)

Hi Legionmom :)

 

On the Liberty the doors that lead to the forward outside decks (secret doors),

are located on decks 6, 7, 9 and 10. All the way forward.

 

Deck 9 you will be standing on top of the bridge.

 

The outside forward decks are terrific for sailaways and when pulling

into a port. Windy when at sea.

Yes, decks 6&7 have the forward cabins with door leading to the deck that wraps around the front of those cabins.

For all the excitement about secret doors and decks it is not a very desirable location to hang out when the ship is in motion. It is like being in a wind tunnel.

We always love these cabins. I just get tired of yelling at all the people on MY balcony.
