I have a cruise booked for the end of November. I was planning on purchasing a FCC on board. I just booked a cruise for January and was wondering since my final payment is due in the beginning of November, can I use the FCC toward my January cruise since final payment will already be made?

The terms on the FCCs specifically say they cannot be used for a already booked cruise.

 

So you might or might not be able to apply it. Final payment would not have any affect on if it is allowed. A few were rejected, and people complained and right now Carnival seems to have thrown out the window a lot of rules .. so who can say for sure they will keep allowing it.
