Just wondering.

I have never had real bad weather but who knows I could next week on my cruise to nowhere. I'm guessing the casino would be packed and there will be lots of indoor partying

thinking:

casino

cocktail

relax

eat of course

sorry, post would not work

I haven't had a really bad weather day. Some rocking which makes you look drunk walking down the hall but that's about it.

In Roatan we were docked and it was pouring down rain with lightening and thundering. The island looked so beautiful. A lot of people were talking about how spectacular it was. It cleared up and the rest of the day was nice.

I've not had much in the way of bad weather on my 18 cruises either, some rough seas, but nothing to make me feel crummy. I like it better when I can tell I'm on a ship, lol. Is it terrible I'd like to see how bad it would have to be to make it not be fun?

I like to read in my cabin, have a nap, order room service coffee or tea, sit on the balcony and watch the stormy sea if it isn't too miserable outside. Maybe go have another nap :D Sometimes it's fun to walk around the ship and check out the various green hues people turn!

I like to go as far forward as I can get and take in the weather. If it's really storming hard, I'll hide out in one of the stairwells on the front deck near the "secret doors", but either way, I like to be outside in the middle of it.

We ran into some chilly weather and a TON of wind from a somewhat nearby tropical storm on our Dream cruise last year. I woke up, worked out in the gym, had a leisurely breakfast, and we got a couples massage. Then we hung out in the spa for over two hours :) Switching between the steam room and the heated loungers. We had a long leisurely lunch (look at that alliteration!) and then I got to take my time getting ready for dinner. Honestly it was a perfectly nice day, though of course it would have been nice to hang out by the pool, too :)

The worst weather I encountered on my only cruise was some rain after the Monarch left Coco Cay on its way back to Port Canaveral. DH and I were walking around the ship after dinner. The rain lasted maybe 10 minutes and we could tell it was windy because some rope or something was flapping in the wind. Afterward, the sun came out as if nothing happened.

I've never experienced a storm at sea and don't care to. I'm not one for motion sickness, but DH does sometimes. He didn't on our last cruise, but perhaps I should carry Bovine just in case we ever hit bad weather in the future.

The last time we had bad weather we had a balcony party with our friends next to us. The partitions were open and we had football in one cabin and a movie on in the other. Took lots of pictures of the awesome storm and ordered buckets of beer brought to the cabin. Oh the funnest thing we did was gamble as a group on the rooms t.v. I don't know if you can do that anymore, but we all sat around cheering and screaming over $1 bets:)

On one cruise we had two tropical storms. One lheading out and one coming home. I was with "the girls" so we stayed busy with pizza, ice cream and movies. Had I been with my husband then I would have included #3. ;)
