First Timers from UK - any advice weclome

Hi,

 

First time cruisers here, joining Mariner of the Seas from Civitavecchia and doing the Western Med on Saturday 18th August 2012.

 

Any advice from 'old hands' would be most appreciated, and in particular we have already made our own flight arrangements (£410 for both of us compared to £760 with RCI) and would be interested to know of transfer options from Fiumicino to the Port, particularly if anyone else is in the same boat (excuse the pun) and was interested in sharing transport.

 

Really looking forward to our first cruise!!
