Do you know if doing that results in a higher price than Bon Voyage prices?

The prices are the same and sometimes a little bit less because in some ports, they add the states liquor taxes to your bon Voyage order.

 

Ordering through Bon Voyage is more convienient. It is waiting for you in your room when you arrive. (Unless you are sailing from TX where you will recieve it the second day due to liquor laws) Ordering through room service requires that you wait until the bottle is delivered. They will not deliver if you are not there to sign for it. I have waited as long as two hrs for delivery.

Depends on the port I guess. I called today and ordered my bottle, but they said they were out of stock for room decorations. My ship sails from Miami tomorrow.

No Birthday decorations either. How could they be out, kind of an important thing to have on hand. So my son nerver got Birthday decorations. :(

Keep checking the website up until 2 days before sailing. The BV person I spoke to suggested randomly checking the website. She did say they weren't expecting a huge shipment until the first week of December.
