Plug Adaptor for Brazil?

We finish our cruise in Rio, where we stay on for an extra day.

I have been trying to find out if I need an adaptor for Rio. When I google, it seems I would, so I went and looked at CAA(AAA), but the adaptor says

N/S America on it, and it looks just like a regular plug.

Can anyone who has been to Rio tell me their experience? Is it likely the hotel would have them to loan to guests?

Thanks.

The N.American two flat-prong plugs will fit most outlets while in some homes or older establishments you will need the two round-pronged adapters.
