B2B On Pride...What to expect from Carnival

We just booked a B2B on the Pride.

Our PVP mentioned that there will be a 'special gift as a token of gratitide for booking a B2B from Carnival' waiting in our stateroom for purchasing a B2B.

 

Anyone have any idea or experience regarding what this would be?

 

Also, anyone have experience with how smooth will the transition from the first cruise to the second cruise be?

Our token was a plate of strawberries. Easy transition to the 2nd cruise. You'll get a letter in your cabin explaining that you go to the purser's desk near the end of debarkation and any B2B-ers will be escorted off the ship, thru customs and back on the ship before anyone else. You'll also get your new S & S card. Also, any liquor purchased during the first cruise will be delivered to your cabin at the end of the first cruise for use on the 2nd part ;)

Thanks....Having your alcohol that you purchased on the 1st leg available for consumption on the second leg is a REALLY nice perk. :)

We have gotten anything from Strawberries to a fruit basket to a bottle of "champagne".

Some people did not get a gift at all, so I would not count on it.. but there CAN be a gift. I got cheap champagne which I gave away and a fruit basket on conquest and chocolate covered stawberries on triumph which were my favorite.
